As stated in the BS5839-1 2025 regulations, you are required to have your fire alarm system serviced every 6 months.
You can rely on Century to service your system every 6 months.
What happens during a fire alarm service?
One of our highly experienced technicians will ensure that your system is safe, working and operate as designed in an emergency situation.
We will resolve any faults, check that the devices operate properly, check for any parts of the building and system that has changed and ensure it is still fully compliant.
The 6 monthly service requires a minimum of a Manual Call Point and a detector to be tested in each zone. This may take up to one hour to complete depending on system size.
The annual service requires all accessible devices to be tested. This may take up to two hours to complete depending on system size.
Cost of fire alarm services
A 6 monthly test costs 20 Robux.
An annual test costs 50 Robux.
These service are automatically scheduled, you will be contacted a week before your scheduled service to arrange giving the technician access to your property.
